I clicked on the PC website looking for Nowtv contact number as I wasn't able to log in to view my account.
I wasn't particularly annoyed with NTV just that I wanted to ask why I had been charged more over the last 2 Months as I had been on a fixed monthly amount.
Also my internet connection kept dropping off.

Charge for service that wasn't received

I'm still waiting for a refund for a football game that I paid to watch on 21st August this year. The game did not download onto my TV due to technical problems and 20 minutes into the game I cancelled as there was no further action.
The charge of £14.99 however has still gone ahead.
NOW TV keep passing the buck saying the charge does not show up on there accounts. NOW TV is part of my EE Package.
So the refund still has not been resolved. I would not recommend anyone to book games though NOW TV after the rigmarole I've been put through.

I paid for a NOW Sky Sports day membership to watch Coventry City play Arsenal on the 21st of August this year using my mobile phone, costing £14.99. When I tried to view the match on TV, it hadn't downloaded, and various attempts failed also.
So, when I rang to complain, I was told there were technical problems. As I had lost the first twenty minutes of the game, I rang to cancel the match. However, I have still been charged the £14.99 fee for the game I was unable to watch. Can you refund the money to rectify the situation for me, please?

Now TV is charging me higher amount and this not the agree on set
You are charging me more than what I subscribed for. From 28 pounds to 34 pounds.
Please look into it.

I have been paying for the sports TV on Now TV for several years. A few weeks ago, we stopped receiving the sports channel we want.
I have checked the bank, and the subscription is still being taken. Why can't we watch the sports channels?

- - Having trouble linking the NOW TV stick after a router change.
- - Cannot sign in with a new email/password, risking cancellation.
Trying to connect my Now TV stick to my TV (have just changed my router), it asks me to go to www.mynow etc., and my TV asks me to input the digital code on the TV. However, I cannot find where to go to put this code in.
I have tried to solve this but keep getting shoved to a Chinese site that even wants my passport number for identity verification.
It keeps asking me to put in a four-letter code, either with letters or a mix of letters and numbers, and to top it all off, the only way it seems that I can do anything is to sign into my account, which I can't do because even though I put a new email address and password, it will not recognize it. I have been a customer of yours for years, but if this is not sorted quickly, I will have no choice but to cancel my subscription.

Phone not working URGENT VULNERABLE PERSON

- - Issue began Sun 20 Sep and is ongoing; Openreach says it's outside and no updates unless I call.
Discovered the phone line wasn't working. When someone rings it sounds like it's ringing but it isn't ringing at the other end.
Broadband is also down.
Problem started on Sunday 20th September.
Still off as of Friday 25th September.
Apparently there is a problem outside the property that openreach are trying to sort. No updates received from Now Broadband, unless I ring them.

I have raised numerous complaints about not having access to my account, only to have them closed by your company. I need this looked into as a matter of urgency.

Preferred solution: An explanation and a resolution to not being able to access my online account and an explanation as to why you keep closing my complaints without resolving them. A telephone call from customer services instead of texts that mean absolutely nothing.
